The Nail Room Artistic Academy is a Creative Nail Design exclusive school. Our training course offers both theory and the practical skills necessary not only to meet licensing requirements, but to exceed them. We specialize in teaching the art of colored acrylic designs. The Utah State Board requires 300 clock hours. Full-time (40 Hours a Week) students will complete the course in 8 weeks, part-time (20 Hours a week) students will complete the course in 15 weeks.

The layout is very inviting and comfortable for learners as well as clients. The school is 1,600 square feet, consisting of a large open classroom and practical area where students are able to practice their skills on actual clients in a salon-like environment. The modern equipment includes nail desks for artificial enhancements, nail bar for all natural nail care, and a three seat massaging pedicure throne. There is also a reception/waiting area, laundry room, restroom, lockers, and a break room with a fridge and microwave. Equipped with a ventilation system, we also have central air and heat for your comfort. The academy has accessible parking and is located near downtown and Sugarhouse, with close freeway access to I-15 and I-80.

With application please include a copy of your identification card/drivers license, your diploma/GED, and your social security card. Must be 16 years old or older. If you are attending high school, you are required to pass an entrance exam and have permission from your school to be able to attend. You also have to pass the entrance exam if you do not hold a GED or high school diploma.
